I take pride in learning each client's needs on an everyday personal level and offer solid advice on how to keep your hair healthy! ~~~~~~~~~~ Additional Policies 18 & UNDER: (Lotus Beauty does not service children under the age of 12.) A parent must be present for the consultation for any guest 18 & under. At the consultation, the parent must agree to the price and plan discussed. If the price or plan needs to be shifted mid-service, the parent must be available via phone to confirm these changes Children & Extra People : Children or Extra People are only permitted in the Salon when the child is receiving a service.There is limited seating and space in addition For safety reasons and insurances purposes, no child may accompany you while you are receiving a service. Lotus Beauty does not have the facilities to care for children. Lotus Beauty love your children and hope you understand that I can not assure their safety in a professional environment. Your understanding is greatly Appreciated. ETIQUETTE: Please silence your phones during the duration of your appointment. We invite you to bring a pair of headphones to enjoy your phone without disturbing our other guests. Talking on speakerphone and video/phone conferencing without headphones is not permitted Deposits are non refundable . However, I understand things happen ,so I will allow you to reuse the same deposit once if you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment within 6 days of your appointment .
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. In my desire to be efficient and fair to all clients and out of consideration of my personal time as your stylist, I have put in place the following policies . --- Late Arrivals Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Clients arriving 30 minutes late will typically be required to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply. I understand that unforeseen circumstances beyond your control may occur. When appropriate, grace may be extended at my discretion**, based on my schedule for that day**. Grace may include: * Allowing you to **proceed with the appointment without a fee * Allowing you to reschedule without a fee * Requiring you to reschedule with a late cancellation fee * Allowing you to proceed with the appointment with a late fee applied Please note: Grace is not guaranteed. Repeated late arrivals will be considered a pattern, at which point rescheduling with a fee will be required without exception. --- Cancellations & Rescheduling A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another client to book that time. I understand that unexpected situations arise. When appropriate, grace may be extended at my discretion, based on my schedule for that day. Grace may include: * Allowing you to reschedule without a fee * Allowing you to reschedule with a partial fee * Requiring a 50% charge of the scheduled service * Enforcing the policy in full with no exceptions Please note: Grace is not guaranteed.** Repeated short-notice cancellations or reschedules will be considered a pattern, and fees will be enforced without exception. --- No Call / No Show & Payment Enforcement Failure to arrive or communicate will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service, applied to the card on file. If a card **fails to process, future booking privileges will be suspended** until all outstanding balances are satisfied. **Multiple failed payment attempts** will result in the permanent termination of the client–stylist professional relationship. --- Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment time and compensate for reserved availability and preparation. As a one-time courtesy, your deposit may be reapplied once toward a future appointment if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy is extended at my discretion and based on availability**. Please note: * Deposits may only be reapplied one time * Additional changes will require a new deposit * Repeated rescheduling will void deposit reapplication privileges
